I bought a new tanka tcs33eb at the local supply house [stockdales] I used it to cut down two small trees and trim related brush. The saw preformed satisfactory. Recently I needed to cut a down another tree but I could not get the saw to start, took it back to the place where I had purchased it. They said if it was a carburator problem the warranty might not cover the repair. they offered to send it to the nearest authorized repair shop [which is out of state]. Six week later I am informed that it is a carburator problem and the repair shop can not perform the repair and I can pick up my saw at the place of purchase and have it repaired myself. they said they had contacted factory reps and were informed that the repair was not covered in my 3 year warranty. I received the bill for shipment to and from the repair shop—-$45. I will not buy another tanka product nor another motorized product from Stockdales.
